04 / PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payments via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, and other Stripe-supported methods.

The subscription auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime — Pro access remains until the end of the paid period.

Refunds available within 14 days if the Service was unavailable for 24+ hours due to our fault. Contact hello@coverletterai.ru.

06 / LIABILITY

You retain rights to your uploaded resumes and generated letters. We retain rights to the Service software and design.

08 / TERMINATION

Terminate your account anytime via "My Account → Delete account". All data is deleted immediately and irreversibly.
